( 7 ) CONTROLLED STOP
This follows on from the first time round the "circuit bend"
Ahead of you is the speed trap and then a box of 4 blue cones, 1.5 metres wide by 1.0 metres deep.
You have to go through the speed trap and stop with the wheel spindle of your front wheel inside this box.
Your bike is easily capable of stopping in this distance.
In the Highway Code the stopping distance from 30 mph is given as just under 14 metres and you have more than double that!.
There is no speed requirement for this manouvre so the speed trap is inoperative.
